I am assisting with developing guidelines about describing materials by or containing information about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
These guidelines have been developed as a joint initiative of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), National and State Libraries Australasia (NSLA), the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL), the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS), and CAVAL – referred to collectively in this document as the First Nations Collection Description (FNCD) project partners.
